For foodies, great news from the Senechal restaurant in nearby Sauveterre de Rouergue where Michelin-starred chef  Michel Truchon will, in 2013, be continuing his master-classes. A morning in the kitchen with Monsieur Truchon costs  a very reasonable 120 Euros per couple, including food and wine tasting. Personally recommended.
